  • We are unable to host private events on Sunday & Tuesday nights as to keep our normal programming (Boulder Comedy Show & Team Trivia) available to our community.

  • If your group is 30 people or less, please come in on a first come first served basis.

The Gallery

The Lounge can accommodate up to 35 guests.

  • ✅ Host is welcome to bring in decorations (strict no glitter or confetti policy)

  • ✅ 40 taps, full cocktail program, and a variety of NA and coffee options

    ✅ Wristbands - Open bar for your guests.

    ✅ Drink Tickets - Limit the quantity of the drinks on your tab by utilizing Rayback tickets.

  • ✅ Bring your own finger food

    ✅ Hire outside catering (fees apply)

The Marion

The Marion is approximately 2,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 120 guests.

  • ✅ A/V Access – Due to licensing restrictions, we cannot permit outside or live music in this space. The Rayback’s house music will surely set a great vibe.

    ✅ 150” projector with access to Apple TV or HDMI hard-wire for casting slideshows + presentations

    ✅ Large room dividers to section off the event space from the main space for added privacy

    ✅ Walk up access to our bar

    ✅ Private access to 10’ x 12’ patio with Flatiron views (weather permitting)

    ✅ Host is welcome to bring in decorations (strict no glitter or confetti policy).

Rent out the entire Rayback for your event!

This is the most private event option and is recommended for parties of 250 guests or more. Security fees apply.

Open Seating Events are one of the most flexible event options the Rayback offers!

Come in with your group, find spots in your preferred area, grab your favorite drink and enjoy. It’s as simple as that! Please note that the Rayback does not reserve seating or tables for Open Seating Events.
